WOOHOO! Things are happening in Bournemouth, check out all the great things taking place this September and October.

BOURNEMOUTH Arts by the Sea Festival.

There is lots to see and do.

Loads of dance, music, film and other arts on show in Bournemouth town center and else where. Check out their website for a full guide and tickets. Many of the events are free entry but even the ones that cost aren’t too expensive.

Highlights of what’s left:

 Light Night, a series of neon inspired events,Town Center23rd & 24th September

Electric Hotel on the Pavillion Dance Terraces, a strange outdoor spectacle where you get to ease-drop on hotel and its residents, 23rd & 24th September

Grand Grotesque Parade by artist duo The Girls, starting at the pier and winding through the gardens, 24th September

The Paper Cinema, live music and moving drawing on show at the Bandstand, Lower Gardens24th September

The Cabinet of Living Cinema at the Russell-Coates Art Gallery & Museum, a showcase of short films exploring the natural world, 23rd September

Punk Poety John Cooper Clarke at The Winchester, 6th October    

WOW, The Cremaster Cycle is on at the Pier Theatre, 12th October

This September students from the Arts University College at Bournemouth present an eclectic and bold exhibition in reaction to the alternative exhibition space, exploring the relationship between contemporary art and its setting.
