This blog space is brand new and would love your reviews.
The idea is for us new emerging artists to review the artists we know best, our friend and peers, but also other artwork and shows we’ve seen and admired.
We hope to get people engaged and reading about you and your friend’s work and exhibitions.
Its a blog for artists and anyone who loves seeing and talking about art!
The aim is to have a truly useful and fluid blog. A space full of articles, show reviews, photos, videos and helpful links.
As a reader it will give you an insight to whats going on, whose making what and what your artist contemporaries think about it.
As contributors it will give us the chance to talk about work that we care about, the artist we think are exciting and why we find their work so intriguing.
As an artist we can invite other artists to critique our efforts and finally get some understanding of why people respond to the things we make and do.
There’s only one rule no artist can review their own work.
So want to get involved?
Here’s how to contribute…either write a review of an artist’s work or a show and send it in via email (remembering some great photo attachments, yours and the authors name) or become a blogger on the site by contacting us via email or by going to the Register button in the right of this page. The sites run through a very simple WordPress Blog so its really easy to use. Once added you can write reviews and add content to get the interest growing in whats going on in our world of art. Help and tutorial are available to get you started.
